Walking among the rows of our vineyards after having spent several nights in the winery, we decided to give life to three great wines that would best represent our winery and the strong bond that binds us to the terroir.
We hand-select the best grapes from our CRUs after which the grapes are crushed and destemmed.
In the cellar, only spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place, because our wines must tell the story of the territory.
We decided not to accept compromises and to produce our wines by hand on the limestone-clay hills of Taurasi, pushing ourselves in order to make every single bottle a real and proper enological masterpiece.
Wines aged in 225 liters French oak barriques are not clarified and they are not filtered, there is only a lot of work in the vineyard, particular attention is paid to the maceration of skins for red wines, and bâtonnage on fine lees for white wines, thus allowing the release of aromatic substances as well as colloids which enrich wines in consistency and fatness.
We decided to give a part of these bottles to our best customers, Ambassadors of our winery, who will surely know how to give the right value to our work, giving us unique emotions every time they uncork a bottle of our “Private Collection”.

Thanks to his constant work over the years, and thanks to his perseverance, today, we children have the opportunity to put into practice everything we have learned having experienced the winery since our childhood.
With the study we have perfected our techniques and today we are proud to carry high the name of our family that for over half a century is an important icon in the Campania’s wine scene.
