Aglianico IGP Beneventano

The Label is inspired by a Roman fresco depicting a banquet, found in Herculaneum and currently preserved in the National Archaeological Museum of Naples.
Cultivated in the hills of Benevento, in a production area of very ancient origins, this wine is obtained from the pre-Roman era.
The harvest takes place in the first ten days of October. After destemming and crushing, the must ferments at a controlled temperature with maceration of the skins.
With an intense red color and a fruity aroma and a sour and velvety taste. Excellent wine to be drunk with red meat, game and cheese not too mature.
