Lo Scudiero - Altavigna

Red wine obtained from the vinification in purity of Aglianico grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature and aging for at least 36 months of which 12 months in French oak barriques. Wine with a strong aromatic complexity, hints of licorice and spicy notes on an elegant background which recalls red fruits. It goes well with pasta dishes with meat sauce and grilled steaks. Also indicated with cold cuts and hard cheeses.

Organoleptics characteristics

Ruby red in colour, it is characterized by a marked aroma of black cherry and licorice with hints of spicy notes and red fruits such as cherry.

Pairings

First courses with meat sauce, game, grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
