This wine is the result of a careful vinification of 100% Greco grapes.
After fermentation, the must rests on its fine lees for about 6 months to give the wine complexity and structure.
Straw yellow color with golden hues, the nose is intense, with hints of thyme, fennel and flint.
Decisive is the mineral note with a predominant acid shoulder.
It perfectly matches with fatty dishes, ideal with seafood and grilled fish.
Also excellent on white meat.
